This Privacy Policy explains how Innovatek Software (Innovatek di Cafaro Carmelina, VAT IT06424410659), publisher of the Lalo mobile app for Android and iOS, handles information in connection with the app. Lalo is a learning app made for young children, and protecting their privacy is our priority.

1. A note for parents

Lalo is designed for children and complies with Google Play's “Designed for Families” program and Apple's “Made for Kids” (Kids Category) requirements. Sensitive settings and the optional in‑app purchase are protected behind a parents' gate, and the app does not ask children for any personal information.

2. Information the app collects

Lalo does not require an account or login and does not collect personal data. Preferences and progress — including the optional child's name that a parent may enter in the settings, the chosen language, difficulty, the mascot colour and the collected stickers — are stored only on the device and are never sent to us. We operate no servers that receive your data.

3. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking

Lalo contains no advertising, no third‑party analytics, and does not track users across apps or websites. It uses no advertising identifier and includes no third‑party SDKs. The app makes no network connections other than communicating with the Apple App Store / Google Play to process the optional in‑app purchase.

4. In‑app purchase

Lalo offers a single, optional one‑time purchase (“Full version”) that unlocks all activities. This purchase is initiated behind the parents' gate and is processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store any personal, payment or account information; the app only learns whether the purchase is active, and this status is kept locally on the device.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data. No third party receives data from the app. Purchases are handled by the platform's own store (Apple or Google) under their respective privacy policies.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because all app data is stored locally on the device, uninstalling Lalo — or clearing the app's data from the device settings — permanently removes everything it has saved, including the child's name. No action on our side is required.
