Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Innovatek Software (Innovatek di Cafaro Carmelina, VAT IT06424410659) handles personal data collected through innovateksoftware.com and its products.
Data collected by the site
innovateksoftware.com is a static showcase site. It does not use profiling cookies and does not profile users. Any technical logs (IP address, user agent) are handled exclusively by Azure Static Web Apps for security and availability purposes. The site measures visits with Google Analytics 4, and only after you agree. In that case Google processes, as an independent controller, the IP address — truncated before storage — and technical browser data. If you decline, nothing is collected. There is no advertising, no profiling, and the data is not passed to anyone.
Data collected by the apps
The Moneto, Car Control OBD2, Workio, Lalo, Lalo Academy and NetBlade apps each have their own privacy notice, available from the respective pages. All apps comply with GDPR, minimise data collected and never sell data to third parties.
Your rights
At any time you can request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your data by writing to info@innovateksoftware.com. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Legal basis, retention and transfers
Visit measurement relies on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given through the banner and withdrawable at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser: on your next visit the banner returns and you can choose again. Server-side technical logs rely instead on legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) in keeping the site secure and available. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set on the property and then deleted automatically; aggregated report data remains available. Google LLC may also process data in the United States, under the safeguards of the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not use the data for advertising: ad personalisation features are switched off.
